the simplest is that we can't multiply a denominator with a numerator/ multiplier at the position of Numerator whatever the case of precedence is........ whew!!!

Yes dear, for programming purpose we must go with Multiplication first. Otherwise for other simple arithmetic operations/functions we follow the rule of "DMAS" where division operations have preference.
