Solution:

portfolio R:

RVAR = average rate of return - Risk free rate / standard deviation
RVAR = 18% - 10% / 0.25 = 0.32

portfolio S:

RVAR = average rate of return - Risk free rate / standard deviation
RVAR = 17% - 10% / 0.23 = 0.30

portfolio T:

RVAR = average rate of return - Risk free rate / standard deviation
RVAR = 12% - 10% / 0.27 = 0.07
