As @Nadeem Abbas said and in this case you have missed the Midterm so, there is no opertunity go get 20% in midterm and that's why you won't be able to clear this subject in this semester ... better luck next time...

If your percentage in assignments and final term is good enough then you can pass that particular subject you missed in midterms.
