I'm sure my email subject sums up my idea here. About me: Well I'm incumbent senior and passed out my MBA in Finance. I just got admission in HRM specialization and having following subjects: 
 
HRM624 - Conflict Management
MGMT611 - Human Relations
MGMT628 - Organizational Development
HRM627 - Human Resource Development
