Every profession or subject has its own terminologies i.e, Trial Balance, Preliminary expenses etc. Actually skill and knowledge is the basic that matters now its up to you how you express your knowledge. So dears first of all concentrate on your subjects and than try to communicate in English while discussing your assignments, GDB etc. So no need to attend extra classes, threads etc. Just concentrate on your studies and adopt medium English.

Internet is best source for speaking English and making friends that
help to speak in English. So I expect you try to speak in English
daily approximately for two hour.
