Mujhko ek hamdam mila tha,ek safar ki rat main

main bohat bekudh howa tha,ek safar ki rat main

jane kiss ki yad thi ke ek manzar dekh ker

"kash aisa ho" yehin, pee rok lain hum waqt ko"

yaad hai? tune kaha tha ? ek safar ki rat main

woh ke jiss se umar bhar ki doriyan mansoob hain

mere seene se laga tha,ek safar ki rat main

har taraf phale howe the yad-e-ghum ke silsaly

kitna mushkil rasta tha, ek safar ki rat main

ghur se bahir paon rakhte he laraz uthta hai dil

hadsa aisa howa tha, ek safar ki rat main

aij bhi main gungunata hon usse tanhai main

geet jo hum ne suna tha, ek safar ki rat main

uss ki yaadon ke sahare ker raha hon zindagi

jo muje WASIQ mila tha, ek safar ki rat main
