hello friends is assignment me BAC 415 laina hai jo question me given hai aur ACWP ho ga actual effort ka sum which is 43 BCWP ho ga 12 tasks me planned effort ka sum which is 41 and BCWS total 17 tasks me planned ka sum which is 106 aur ye confirm hai

how can we fill the rest of the values.

Assignment File

Let us assume that you are working as a Team lead in a renowned multinational company. The software project has 80 planned work tasks that are estimated to require 415 person-days to complete. At the time you have been asked to compute the Earned Value Analysis, 8 tasks have been completed. However, the project schedule indicates that 18 tasks should have been completed. The following scheduling data in person-days are available:

Compute the following

1)      SPI

2)      Schedule variance

3)      Percent scheduled for completion

4)      Percent complete

5)      CPI

6)      Cost variance for the project.

Earned Value Analysis
Earned Value Analysis or EVA is a quantitative technique for assessing the progress of a project. The earned value system provides a common value scale for every software task, regardless of the type of work being performed. The total hours to do the whole project are estimated, and every task is given an earned value based on the estimated percentage of the total. In order to do the EVA, the budgeted cost of work schedule (BCWS) is determined as follows:
Let

BCWSi = effort (person-days etc) for taski

BCWS is then the Progress so far – add all BCWSi so far.

Now
BAC = budget at completion = Σ BCWSi
Now if BCWP is the Budgeted Cost of Work Perform, then

Schedule performance index SPI = BCWP/BCWS
Schedule variance SV = BCWP – BCWS
SPI close to 1 indicates efficient execution.
Similarly

Percent scheduled for completion = BCWS/BAC

Percent complete = BCWP/BAC

Actual cost work performed ACWP

Cost performance index CPI = BCWP/ACWP
CPI close to 1 indicates efficient execution.

Cost variance CV = BCWP – ACWP

Fellows i have written all the formulae here. To solve this assignment we just need to have 4 values BCWS, BAC, BCWP, ACWP.

I am declaring that according to my studies.
BCWP=41
and
ACWP=43
but still not sure.

About BCWS ans BAC i am still dont know how can i find because the table which is given in assingment is incomplete

Every one is welcomed to help me.

Thanking you
